We want you to know what we plan to do and what we are doing. If you are not on site during construction, We will keep you informed about progress. In the initial stages, we will answer all of your questions and help you understand what we plan to do and why.

2. Reliability- We will show up when we are supposed to or let you know in advance if I cannot meet a scheduled appointment. Once a job is started, our remodeling crew will be there until it is completed.

3. Consideration- Our goal is to do the job the way that you want it done. If we think that changes should be made, we will bring that up in our initial planning. When the unexpected occurs, we will get your approval of any change that this requires. We want you to be a happy and satisfied customer.
